Registration Requirements
In order to complete the student registration process at South Harrison Elementary School you will need the documentation listed below. Please read the following information carefully. We advise that you gather your student and residency documents prior to starting the online registration forms.
- Proof of Residency (3 forms)
- Driver's License of Parent/Guardian
- Birth Certificate
- Custody Documentation (if applicable)
- Health/Immunization Record
- Transfer Card from previous school
- IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
Acceptable Proofs of Residency
Mandatory- Must provide at least ONE of the following:
- Property Tax Bill
- Deed
- Contract of Sale
- Lease (Current and Signed)
- Mortgage Statement
Provide TWO of the following:
- Utility bill (gas, electric, water, cable, cell phone) Issued within the past 45 days
- Auto Insurance card
- Bank statement
- Voter registration card
